They definitely allow fee-free withdraws at TD USA, so I figured there might be a deposit (or USD payment) option as well.
+1 on the fee-free withdrawals but I don't believe you can deposit.

Can I mail in a Canadian $ money order or traveler check to Amex Canada. Will it be a problem if it doesnt have my Canadian address?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Anyone have the Premier Rewards Gold Card both in Canada and the U.S.? Is there a way to get membership rewards into one account?

They charge 2.5% transaction fee. It might just be worth it for me to open a Canadian Paypal account and send someone money. I have seen some posts saying PayPal doesn't allow this but I'm not sure if that's correct. Anybody try doing that in Canada?

It shouldn't be too hard to get that, worst case you use the card for US Amazon Payments account and pay the 2.5%
