Be aware that the referral credit you receive on the referring account expires after one month, and there's a minimum of $20 purchase to apply it. At least that was my experience.

Make sure you log out and log back in. Might need to be refreshed. Did it many times and it works!

Nope it says that there is no password associated with the email account. It looks like my accounts may have been deleted. Hopefully, my orders are still fine.
