You can exclude on your kayak search planes that have a mid flight suction ride.

Dynamic pricing is not new, I see now for 12.5k in March. Why would nonsaver awards be showing up on BA and QF?

new Alaska pricing has started going into effect, for example British airways to Israel is showing 35 economy 45 premium economy. 70 business. however on the same date elal is still showing old pricing of 50 / 80.

Iberia is also still showing old pricing. hopefully its going 1 airline at a time

If there's availability, shouldn't be an issue. But don't assume your canceled reservation will go back into award inventory.

Did you try it ? I believe they only release 2 seats per flight, So if I'm currently holding both of them why wouldn't go back to inventory ?

I had a lot of times with different airlines after I cancelled it didn't show up as award inventory anymore, when it get's closer to the flight airlines like to sell them for cash (especially ELAL nowadays with every flight being sold out), you can maybe try to call Alaska to reprice but I wouldn't risk to cancel and rebook.

What are the ways to earn Alaska points besides Marriott conversion?
