Barclay arrival plus

Just called Barclay and they said that they discontinued the arrival plus card last week.  Online, it says "check back soon to apply", and the phone number (1 866-483-7329) when called says that this offer has expired. Link: http://www.findmybarclaycard.com/barclaycard-credit-cards/arrival-plus

Also it has been removed from https://www.barclaycardus.com, and likewise from other sites.

The link was working two days ago, any one have any information?

My luck:
Lauftansa had a glitch in their system so I couldn't sign up until today, and now this card is not working...
