25th B-day in middle of car rental

If my sister is turning 25 on the 6th day of a 23 day car rental...will she get slammed with fees?
Can she do anything to avoid it? (other than taking 2 different car rentals, one before bday and one after)

not sure if the agent at the desk can but the manager (of the branch) can surely do it.

dates not set in stone yet...i saw hertz, a few miles off of the airport had a full size for about $600.
Dont quote me on it yet...thats what i saw about 2 weeks ago...gonna research again soon
