I got approved for prestige on 4/11 then I applied for the typ on 05/29. Am I considered past 65 days to apply for the Hilton card?

Citi business & personal (in NY for sure) is 2 pulls. A 2BM of personal citi cards will be 1 pull but good luck getting 2 approved the same day.
