Also, any luck with the other sites finding cheap stuff? Ticketmaster has gift cards, but 25 min.

ETA: tried WSJ, and only found purchasing an article for 8.95. Nothing worthwhile, but i'm not sure I searched thoroughly.

Instead of clicking "Amex checkout" click the regular "Secure Checkout" and login to Newegg
Then click "Amex checkout" at the billing stage.
