I was assuming he tried that and nothing came up. That's why I said that the rebate ID probably wouldn't help.

going to 4+ stores
going in and out (unless they let you buy them all that time)
then liquidating the cards

That, and considering my target only allows one gift card per transaction, 2 per rebate as opposed to 3 saves me significant time.

I registered my MC, linked my card, loaded my Serve account. The 2nd time i did it (a few days apart) Serve froze my account, requesting copy of front and back of 'my card'. What do i do? tks

standard protocol. this belongs in serve thread though. just upload your documents and theyll unfreeze account.

pls tell me which serve thread? i searched and couldnt find (i did follow the steps of search). i posted here as a response to an earlier comment (page #2) to do it. in any case.... i have no documents... it is a GC and won't do me any good the back and front of card. tks

Don't worry about it... This happens every time you add a new card just upload the pictures they are requesting, then call them and you will be good to go.

had the same problem yesterday. i was too worried to send a pic of the MC GC so i took it off and had my wife tell them she "hadnt realized i couldnt add my husbands debit card." that was it after that. only needed to prove license and other Amex CC on the account.

why rnt u worried about sending a pic of a GC??

I searched in the forums and couldnt find this topic of loading GC to Serve/BB online (only the warning not to do it). anyone has experience with sending a pic of a gc?? doesnt sound right to me either. but i did register it, perhaps that helps.

Pm deal_rider and see if ever had experience with it. Hes he one who reported it was possible in the first place.

I was never asked verify when i loaded a gc. They did when i added a regular bank debit card. I sent the stmt and they were ok with it.
