The thing is i hope people realise that we are agents. not homeowners. we will connect the renter to the owner. and take a percentage. we dont want any responsibility like if the apartment was left a mess etc

You will be responsible anyway as you are the person making the deal.

Both. More from owner than renter tho. Thats the way it works with agents here.

As I mentioned, both sites work for me (as homeowner), not everyone rents out their house through brokers.
It doesn't really matter what he has to offer if he can't offer homeowners  a better deal.
He's not providing background checks or taking responsibility for the tenants.

Both sites working for you doesn't mean you understand how most of the rental business is conducted here. To the contrary, the rest of your statements shows you evidently don't. Something not making sense to you doesn't change  the market
