Starbucks- caramel syrup

Does anybody know if the caramel syrup that starbucks uses is kosher? Not the liquid one, rather the syrup. The plastic bag it comes in has no hechsher.

There is the syrup and the sauce (brulče). The syrup has an OU and the sauce doesn't have a hechser and possibly even has nonkosher ingredients
