Miles & More miles expiring

by the end of march a few of my miles are expiring. I don't have enough miles to purchase a ticket. have a few accounts. 13k, 23k, 8k

is there anything i could do they shouldn't expire?

Their CC is his best option if you dont have status with them. Otherwise it expires after 3 years
