My sister is leaving Croatia (Zagreb) tomorrow and has a Kosher toaster oven, hot plate and electric hand blender (used for just one month).
Any takers? She's not taking it with her to her next destination.

Offer it to the chabad rabbi
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

There's no kosher food other than the 12 things in the chabad kosher list.
Anyone have a copy of this list?

Depending on your level, there is actually a lot available in Croatia. List from community (made by Rabbi Da-Don) here

https://www.bet-israel.com/religija/koser-2/

Much of the hard and soft cheese in supermarkets (plus the best chocolates!) actually have his hechsher on the packets. Assume it's chalav nochri.

Worth spending 2 days at plitvice lakes national park? or better 1 day there and one day on the coast nearby?
Recommendations for nature based activities within an hour of Zagreb?

Looking at the map, the coast isn't that close to Zagreb. Most of the places people go to are further down away from zagreb.

Much of the coast is pretty much same wherever, so I suggest looking into a spot that is easiest logistically.

I found Senj, which also has a fortress nearby, and is a total of 3.5 hrs Plitvice-Senj-Zagreb drive total. Places like Rijeka will be 4.15, and the more common areas like Zadar will be 4.45.

With these times in mind and the fact that youre flying out from zagreb, it may make sense to explore the areas closer to plitvice (beautiful mountains) or do more plitvice
