Staples Blacklist!!

I made about 10 orders of the gap gc"s when they were on sale 2 weeks ago about half they never emailed cuz by mistake I pit in different billing addresses with same cc. But know even the ones they sent me are not working and gap is saying that staples deactivated them. I called staples and they said due to multiple orders with same billing address they cancelled orders and that from know on I should only shop in store....I can call the presidents line to further discuss.... Is there any chance? What should I do? say? Is this a blacklist?

I beleive this is a blacklist. Happened to me a couple months ago for something similar (purchased over the limit). Call to the presidents office was a waste of time for me but ymmv.

Is it possible to just open new account with all new info besides adress and cc?

From what I heard you will need new address and cc... Pretty much everything that can link you to the banned account.

Follow up with the president's office. The regualr customer service lady told me I could only buy in stores but a very helpful lady in the president's office fixed everything for me very quickly. I ordered visa gift cards from Israel with NY billing and Chicago shipping - understandably a major fraud ref flag but it was all cleared up within minutes!
