Why were the charity orders cancelled?
Please add to this as they come up with them.
1. Because its a test event (even the Tennessee one)
2. Amex made us do it. (Ashley)
2.5 American Express told us to void all wallet orders for certain accounts.(Tony)
2.5 There was an issue with AMEX Express.
3. Wrong phone number supplied.
4.Many purchases, flagged as a dealer. (Ashley)
5. Simple, the email says you violated our T&C. We don't have to tell you which ones.(Noel)
6. The Charity had a "mass credit back"
