No. You can put your cell number under home and they wouldn't try to text it

You can delete your cell # and put your cell # in the home # box, and then they won't try to text you.

Problem solved. Had a cell number under primary and changed it to a landline. Did the trick.

Assuming the processing fee does not get refunded when a refundable ticket gets cancelled. Why not buy a ticket and cancel? (Assuming you don't mind the extra step)

I would try it but I finished using all my cards already.

Read the fine print. Many tickets are not refundable, and i think you need to call in to get a refund.
But if you figure it out, report back please.

I no longer see AMEX Express as a payment option for the $5.20 Kentucky State Fair! I tried both in Explorer & Chrome - did anyone try it recently and get thru?
