Why were the charity orders cancelled?

Please add to this as they come up with them.

1. Because its a test event (even the Tennessee one)

2. Amex made us do it. (Ashley)

2.5 American Express told us to void all wallet orders for certain accounts.(Tony)

2.5 There was an issue with AMEX Express.

3. Wrong phone number supplied.

4.Many purchases, flagged as a dealer. (Ashley)

5. Simple, the  email says you violated our T&C. We don't have to tell you which ones.(Noel)

6. The Charity had a "mass credit back"

For big events it takes time to ensure all orders are from real fans. We'll email you the minute they're ready to view/print/ship - it'll be in plenty of time for TEST EVENT-DO NOT PURCHASE.

I keep a excel with all my cards and which card was used for which order number. So when I get a cancelation email i know which card to redo

I do similar to below, but I import all transactions in excel format and tag the Transactions based on the last 5 of the card, then can do a lookup that easily matches the cards with their transactions.

I've inly gotten 2 or 3 cancellation emails. I don't find that it would be worth it for me to create a spreadsheet with order numbers attached to each cc. Of course there are others who have had very many cancellation emails in which case it might pay off

I haven't gotten any cancellation emails. Which types of tickets were canceled? Test only ones? HOw long after the transactions posted?

Saw this with $1 options but they removed the Amex Express Checkout option.  Anyone else see that option being removed?

even dans link on dd that he claims had checkout a few minutes ago doesnt seem to work for me cuz its not giving me the checkout option. and i was checking the whole time as he posted it.
