I got a citizen cc with 0% intro for BALANCE TRANSFERS and I thought it was for purchases put auto pay for minimums for 8 months and realized they charging me interest  is there any way to get them to refund/credit the interest if I pay the whole balance now?

You can cancel your membership and get a refund within a certain amount of time.  It may be as long as 2 months.  I don't remember.
