And does he modify it like the Mishpacha did this week (in a way that actually is self-evident to be wrong, as it is highly unlikely that any Cantonist survived to live to the period between the two world wars) or does he repeat it as brought down in Zichron Yaakov (which is also מפי השמועה, so it might not be accurate either).
