WOW!!
Looks like he took the pictures early morning.
- Sun is shining from east.
- Roads & sidewalks are pretty empty.
- Most desks I was able to spot through windows are empty.
- Most beds are unmade.

Although when look 90 degrees right to the Hudson yards observation deck, it's packed with people.

That's right but only the east face of the buildings have direct sunlight the other 3 sides are in the shade, which means that all the pictures were takin in the morning hours, could he did from 7 to 8 in the morning on 2 separate days
