Genuinely curious - how can pesach matza be sourdough if no yeast is added? You're certainly not adding an old piece of dough to the mixture either. (I'm assuming this is pesach matza because of time of year)

It's a joke sweety.......The sourdough craze we live in, and the jerky boards. Every Joe is connoisseur in those fields.

Won't happen. That is 100% DW's skills.

This one is a new one and won't get more until she's experienced and can prove herself. (Though she's the only one I have seen in years to put dishes away neatly and logically).

Also, at times there are 2 or 3 of them, so $15/hr can be misleading.
