On the topic of that פאשקוויל, I'm very close with the יונגערמאן who learns Chassidus with people in Williamsburg on a regular basis. For a while they had a Kollel Erev in a Beis Medrash there but since these few extremists (who apparently don't have the backing of most of Williamsburgs Jewish community) started protesting, the tenants on top of the kollel, their kids couldn't sleep (they would protest in the late evening at the time of the kollel) so they kindly ask then to find somewhere else.

There are many more details but they aren't important to this conversation right now.
