I actually got her a few months ago and she said she's not Jewish. Based in India. She thought that Raizel is a Chinese name for flowers, she said her name had something to do with her grandmother coming from China. I told her to Google it and she'll see it's a Jewish name.

I was never sure if the names they give the chat reps are real or made up.

My father in law always tells me about a fellow lawyer whose secretary was named Vashti. She was Indian or something, not Persian (or any other type of middle eastern).

i got an amex rep named herschel, when he asked me to confirm my address which is in a predominantly jewish area, he asks me so hows the neighborhood? when i asked if he was jewish he said with a name like herschel, what do you think?
