Certainly, although there can't be any drain system so the water will happen if it rains.

I can't speak for other cities, but in Chicago and some of its suburbs, if I remember correctly, I had to have a permit to place a dumpster on the street. Usually the dumpster company took care of it, but it did incur an additional cost, and had time limitations, so I would try to have them place it on the private property. There were no other permits involved AFAIK.

sure. Curbside dumpster permits are issued by sheets and sanitation while building permits are issued by dob. There are many reasons why you would need a dumpster with requiring a building permit such as junk removal, new roof (I believe), etc...

Why didn’t you bring the food and eat it in my sukkah? We do also eat food in the Sukkah, not strictly for water and seltzer (though I do have a pet peeve against sweetened drinks).

lol. I actually just had a can of coke (had to drive home, needed the caffeine).
It was my friends who got a sandwich, and I don't care about them ;p
