i was referring to that picture in Israel where you see dressed up kids in a Chabad school and i am not sure if that is a Chabad Minhug. That's all

I thought that too (though that was more because the article said it was Chabad, not because I have any reason to think it would specifically be a minhag Chabad). Why are you getting insulted though? Is it a bad thing, that it's an insult if someone ascribes it to Chabad?
