I think they should reject it together with all the other ads they post from different gedolim. Just because R' Chaim Kanievski said that doesn't mean everyone should follow it. Everyone should follow their own rebbi in regard to this and all other hashkafa/halacha questions.
The real question is why is someone paying to put in such an ad they should not be going around trying to push their hashkafos on the world
