It seems so interesting to me that we've come as "far" that insurance covers gender reassignment coverage but people are still fighting gay marriage.
Is it because with gender issues there is more of a emotional and psychological issue?

there is no rhyme or reason to what insurance companies will cover. 1 company I deal with won't cover oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea but would cover breast implants.
