Nope. According to the Mg"A there is no heter of פת ממולא with בשר דגים וגבינה וכדומה שאוכלין למזון ולשובע, which pizza also falls into that category, therefore it still needs to be נילוש במי פירות to render it פהב׳׳כ.

Yes. Your original post implies that even נילוש needs to be less than a kbaizta. However clearly you didn’t mean it that way.

Less than a kbaitza doesn’t need washing according to some (unless I’m mistaken and it’s a czayis) so I thought you were referring to that.

FWIU the shlah says המוציא in this case, which throws a wrench into the letter above which asserts the shlah says mezonos even if the taam isn’t nirgash.
