Absolutely, what would be the point of having my cake and not eating it?
I once read somewhere that the correct saying is "You want to eat your cake and have it" which makes much more sense.

The stress is on the word "too". if you want to have it (keep it) you can't also eat it. If you want to eat it you won't have it anymore

That baby may be grown up, but depending on the demographic there may be another.

My cousin recalls the first time she gave birth in IL. Doc delivers the baby, and on his way out, he calls over his shoulder, "L'hitraot shana haba!"

So, if it is a tiny sports car, ram it, but if it is a ten-year-old minivan, assume they saved money and didn't replace the sticker with the new baby.

So they should add an additional baby on board sticker for every additional child with a "This car is making a Kiddush Hashem" sticker beneath.

Yeah, I get flowers once a year on Shavuos. DW can't stand them (though I appreciate them), so we only get it for the minhag (and my kids are in charge of caring for them).
