yeah, it is the same in the old city, I have seen that a few months ago. Anywhere you go in the old city, u'll see a bald guy and a blue squares shirt guy both with sunglasses

On the other hand, I HAVE seen people boot their own cars as an anti-theft device...

check out the cor. of seton and lawrence
they tow the cars there and then boot them due to lack of impound lot

Scary how true that is. I was on a VIP tour of the White House in Bush's final months there, and was schmoozing with a long-time Secret Service agent. One of the things he told me was that he still can't get over what the presidency does to a man in just four (or eight) years. He cannot believe the visible physical changes he sees as time goes on, caused by the stress of the job...
