I spend a couple hundred a year and got that. It depends on the item more than your annual spend IMO.

When does the option of them letting you keep it pop up? After you confirmed you want to return it?

Meaning if I test it out with a product I don't really want to return will I lose it if they don't offer me to keep it?

I'm not saying you should do that. But how would you lose it?

Not too familiar with how it works being that I'm not the one ordering from amazon but once you tell them you want to return don't you have to return the product?

Umm, what will they do to you if you don't?

When you request a return they give you a shipping label to mail it back with. If you don't mail it back within 30 days the return is cancelled.
