I couldn't care less about the sign. I just thought @good sam's post was really cool.

When you say that there should be no apostrophes in the sentence, IF you are ignoring @good sam's post and simply commenting on the picture of the sign in the supermarket in Lakewood, you are absolutely correct. But if you read @good sam's post (which @netantnel certainly did), then you would understand that @good sam has discovered a clever way to understand the sentence in a grammatically correct way WITHOUT making any changes to it. @netantnel then commented that even with  @good sam's explanation, there is still one mistake. I then offered my opinion as to what that mistake was.
Based on your susequent comments, it seems that @good sam's clever post completely flew over your heads. I implore you to go back and reexamine it, with the hope that this time you will grasp his meaning.
The husband owns an exclamation point. This exclamation point is being addressed enthusiastically. The word "these" refers to items that are unseen and unidentified. The husband's exclamation point is being informed that "these" items are owned by the 9x13. Which 9x13? The one that the exclamation point's wife sent him to get.
That's all.

And I stand corrected.  The second "9x13" should be singular.

As a limud zchus to the drafter though, as smurf said, there are those who use apostrophe s following a numerical, even when it's not possessive (e.g. back in the 90's, or "this sentence contains two 9's).

If someone wants to live a totally sheltered life and never step out of the bais medrash, then I say ashrei chelkum.  But to the extent that the vast majority of us do live in this world, a blindfold is not the answer.  I want to know where these guys are flying to that warrants leaving their 4 amos.  Don't take a trip to the States and show everyone you're so holy that you need a blindfold.  Stay home.

These people (esp the younger ones) probably never stepped foot in a Pritzus area, besides one time a year when they fly to Uman.

I'm not sure what airport in the world meets the halachik standard of Tznius.

Let's not kid ourselves. When was the last time you saw a decent perfume advertisement? Every brand is competing for the most outrageous and risqué billboards to get people's attention.

I don't think that what these people are doing is the right thing, but don't make it out like travelling through the airport is just like going to a wedding in the next town.
