I called Jet once a few months ago, it sounded like the first phone call the lady ever fielded.
Just terrible. I'm happy it's getting better, but I still hate talking on the phone.

I send a quick email to them and they respond very quickly and professionally, 24/7.
2am last Saturday night I emailed them, and a received a non-canned response just 8 minutes later.

Word is some of these price mistakes are being shipped. I would not post the ones you find at least until yours is shipped.
