I bought 10 cases of the bowls (1000 per case), I only received 50 per case from newegg, I told this to jet and here is what they said:

"I have issued your refund, please know that it will take up to 24 hours for it to reflect on your Jet account and 4-10 business days to reflect on your AMEX card ending in 1004. To show our deepest apologies I have applied $5.00 in JetCash for the inconvenience.

If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again. Our friendly Jet Heads are available to assist you 24/7.

I ordered the box of 1000 cups. NewEgg delivered a big box -- probably would have held 1000 cups -- but it had only one sleeve of 50 cups.

I called, and after about 5-10 minutes, they said there's a bug on their website, that they'll remove the item from the website, refund my CC, and give me $5 of Jet bucks or whatever they call them.

Maybe that's why you got them. Newegg must have gone out of stock

That also means a live person actually looked at your order and processed it anyways. Amazing
What are you going to do with all those bowls?

What are you going to do with all those bowls?

Plenty of places would be happy to take bowl donations (local schools, soup kitchens...). Might as well get the tax deduction and still keep hundreds...
