I would call again and tell them you have a hectic schedule and a FedEx pick up won't work for you and they should either refund you or mail the remaining amount promised.

Don't know if this was mentioned yet, but paying with MasterCard debit card is 1.5% off your order.
Use the PP DC for an additional 1%.
Unlimited 2.5% CB is pretty nice.

never got label, called back had horrible rep , huca'd, spoke to manager, insisted on sending another label, plus  $10 jet cash.
and first rep already refunded for one pkg, so i get to keep 1 pkg!  :'( :'( :'(
