I didn't hear the troll making a complete 180 degree change of opinion until now.
I think that's worthy of pointing out.

They'll send it, but it'll be the wrong item.
And they'll make it very difficult to do anything about that if you waive returns. Otherwise ship it back and you'll get a refund.

We are sorry that they weren't prepared during their non public beta launch for price mistake compensation. I don't think its fair to criticise it until you have experience once they went public and worked out kinks. Either way even if the water that I Bought doesn't come as expected it will still be worth it for me as a single bottle

But the other poster has a point Dan. It was a beat tryout. Why not wait and see how it works not that they are running on all cylinders.

Go ahead and find a price mistake and waive the returns and see what happens. And report back.
Why would I want to go through that again without knowing that the process improved over the past 3 weeks?

I should have worded it diff as but i wasnt referring to additional comp, I was referring to refunding the price difference which is what I believe your issue was, no? And just because that was issue a week after they launches the beta doesn't mean it hasn't been worked out, that's precisely what the beta is for

No, it was for a full refund for the wrong item shipped.

I'm not saying they didn't fix it. I'm saying don't jump on a price mistake and think it's going to end like Amazon price mistakes do. No need to get worked up over a simple warning like that. Some people are way too overprotective of this.

I don't like being told to shut up in harsh words about my own experience on my own forum.

So learn from my lesson and don't waive the returns if you plan on returning it when it's just 1 bottle. Exactly the point of shared experiences.
