Why would I want to go through that again without knowing that the process improved over the past 3 weeks?
Why waive returns? Just like you know to use express shipping on price mistakes (everywhere except amazon), on jet you shouldn't wave returns, & to compare jet with amazon on honoring price mistakes seems kind of silly, just like you don't compare amazon with best buy, why didn't you bash on best buy for not honoring the GC?, everyone knows that amazon has a policy that they honor all price mistakes, & no other company has that, so why bash only on jet?
