i placed an order yesterday and my order is still showing as "in progress" any else have that? i did not getting "order has shipped" email...
If it's a concierge item, expect it to take longer than regular.
Also, I would guess that Jet is still learning how to scale up their shipping system, especially now that tens of thousands of people are ordering daily.
