They usually ship the incorrect item and lately they are making me return all price mistake items. Not sure if it is because I already had several items or if they are just cracking down in general.

IME I wouldn't expect to receive the correct item on a price mistake.

Recently they have been cancelling orders to same address if you have used the promo codes before. My order has been cancelled and my account shut down.

Had that happen to me. Was able to get them to reopen one of my accounts.

for those that have gotten refunds form jet, did amex claw back the $20?
i ordered some items two weeks ago, went out of town and put my mail on hold. well for four days the post office couldn't locate my packages. i contacted jet and they refunded me (hours later the items were delivered and jet said to keep it as a "gift"). wondering if i should keep an eye out for a clawback and if i will be able to use the offer again.

Most price mistakes whether for flights, hotels and merchandise are found by accident while searching, a friend of mine who is really good in writing programs has been trying for over a year to create one with no luck so far
