Amazon Prime No Rush shipping offering $5 pantry credit

I checked out a Prime purchase on amazon and no rush shipping gave me a $5 prime pantry credit.
worth more to me than those $2 digital credits.

However this prime pantry credit is pretty lame AFAIC. Example - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NBWTG68/ref=pantry_car_pn_td qualifies for the buy 4 get free pantry credit promo. However, attempting to stack this with my existing no rush credit only nets me $0.70 of that credit. If it would properly stack I should be getting it for [nearly] free.

Case in point, ordering 4 of Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-Surface Cleaner (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J3DO7G8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) totals $9.56. Being that it's part of the "Buy 4 of select items, get free shipping with PANTRYDEC", the shipping is free. However the only credit being deducted for the no rush shipping promo is $3.57 leaving a $5.99 bill. They basically don't account for the full no rush promo as they first consider the $5.99 free shipping promo to deduct from the full amount of the goods of the order and NOT from the actual $5.99 pantry box charge (see attachment). It's what makes this only an OK promo...
