Anyone ever been? I couldn't find any trip reports. If anyone has been, any recommendations, food, activities etc.? Anyone ever stay at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort and Convention Center?

There is a new Chabad House there now, they offer a meal delivery service.

I've never been, but if you contact the Shluchim there, they're about the nicest people you could hope to meet.

The Sheraton is under a 10 minute walk from Chabad.
