Selling empty cartridges

I see a lot of websites online that you can get cash for empty and full cartridges. Can anyone recommend any of these websites that they have used?

Staples gives $2 for each in reward dollars.  Up to 10/month. 20/month for premier members.

Problem is, you have to buy some sort of toner from them to be eligible
