This thread is designated to help members find the best available rate for their car rental. As with all things if you don't want to help yourself others will not help you. It is always best that you do some research with each individual company before asking for help.

All companies have corporate discounts that lower standard internet rates here is a roundup of them.

what size SUV? What have you found? It will be cheaper to pick up from  a local location as opposed to there're airport location

How can I find out the halochos of a corp.

I.e. does it include an insurance or not?

I believe that is Costco and you should be fine though NYC airports are known to fuss something which is accessable to all (like a Costco membership) would be fine
