thanks for pointing me in the budget direction. Using BCD Z619843 (BMG) and coupon MUGZ165 (USD 35 Off Weekly) I got it down to 94.52.
Now if there were a way to get the car seat rental thrown in like with hertz..

Don't use BMG its flagged, there is a lot better CDP's out there.

What would be better? Chabad was $10 more, but obviously for 10 bucks I won't take a chance

I booked a full size car on Expedia MIA 1/26-30 for $10/day, which came out to $80 and a luxury car for $136 (to decide later) using Economy.
Anyone know of a cheaper way to get either rental?
Also, any issues using this agency?
