Has anyone tried charliecars.com. The quote I got from them was decent and they have excellent reviews on Yelp.

Charlie cars is good I actually was only 23 when I rented a couple years back and they didn't check my ID and I didn't have to pay any extra fee. The cars are nothing special but it gets you where you need to be and they are clean

What was the psak with liability? Does the canadian government cover? I can't seem to find the purchase option on any cars rental company

dont know who covers it, but its included in the rate with a non waiverble 500.00 CAD deductible.
