I'm having trouble booking a passenger van far in advance. The only quote I got is from sixt for a 12 passenger van for $800/day for the date above. However, if I select a date within this year, the quote is around $160. I called customer service and they just said "its probably demand". Obviously that's not true, because any date in 2015 seems to be the really high price. So is it a matter of waiting until the date is closer? I'd like to have all my reservations well ahead of time, but it doesn't seem like renting a passenger van in advance is possible. Any suggestions? Do I wait for sixt or do I look elsewhere?
