With National EE status you get access to the Executive Aisle, that should give you better cars then a Premium. You get to pick from any car there.

I called them and they said otherwise, how they only offer full sized vehicles in the executive isle. Do you have any suggestion with any other company wherei can get a good rate on a luxury or premium car? Say avis/hertz?

Not true, I've rented a few times got either a suburban or a car like a genisis

Have you rented in LAX ? I have, and it IS true. With a well placed 10, I was given a choice of either a Armada or Explorer.
