My husband and I are traveling to Maui gd willing in July 2016 with a 3.5 year and almost 1 year old. Looking to a rent an SUV.

1. Which car rental place is the best one to use? Do they have SUV's with car seats to be installed upon request?
2. Do you have any offer code to be used for a car rental discount in Maui?
3. Which credit card should we use that offers car rental insurance?

Find a Contract ID that waives it. Not so complicated.

Officially it had to match the contract if of the coupon so be careful!

That's with Hertz. National has no such things.

National free day (earned from 1-2 Free) is a coupon code entered into the reservation, no physical coupons or anything.

I rented at national with the additional driver 24. I cant think of a reason why it should be different than the driver himself...but that doesnt always count;)
