i put in the time for 2:45 for pick up & return and i keep getting this

sometimes u get lucky. and maybe with gold service and u bypass the counter they will process it without a problem but...

true some locations like brooklyn and JFK require you to show proof that you live in south america so it probably will not work if you dont have proof.

thats because you are probably on a SA site and you are doing 02:45 which is AM - you have to do 14:45

you can do regular Hertz rate with usaa and u pay. 25 per mile and it shouldn't be more than 140 miles which is $35 + the rate which is $59

i wouldn't use hertz sa rate going to sams station in liberty, the guy there is a total jerk ge wouldn't let me rent with usaa even though i had the debit card, he said i need a military id with it, then goes on to tell me that all the guys in my "school" are trying this in him
this was 2 years ago, but it was sam himself (jewish actually) i would assume he's still there

im pointing out that he's a jerk so he can cause rate problems when returning..... will he? who know!!
there are other workers there and maybe they won't realize the sa rate

everything on hotwire and is over 37. am i not gonna do better than this?

hertz SA rate - econ. $229 at OGG and $237 at KOA

the first person who can find something for under $200, i will send 4 dunkin donuts gift cards for $2 each

the cheapest i am seeing is about $250
but i know nothing about car rentals and coupons

on hotwire they have full size for $225. r they reliable?

my other option is to use aa miles - about 20,000 for a midsize. not actually worth the miles compared to a ticket, but its $250 less out of pocket
