Does hertz Choice allow you to get a minivan by paying intermediate rate in Phl?

My current best quote for an intermediate car is $242 for 4 days using CV: CV#022L4585 or CV051C0001 and AAA. Am I running any risk using a cv code? Can they ask me for justification to use a cv code?

Hertz choice works only with whatever cars are in the gold choice lane not anything in the lot but ymmv.
They can't even see on the reservation when you're picking up that there was a CV code used so there is no risk of being asked anything besides the fact that Atleast for CV 022L4585 I know there is no problem using it as it was set up for usage anywhere at anytime
