Need help finding a car as follows: Picking up at PHX on March 25 at 2 PM, returning to PHX on March 29 at 10 PM. Would LOVE to get a convertible, though if that's prohibitively expensive, I'll have to settle for any decent car with some luggage space. I have Avis First (earned the hard way), but I also have the Amex Plat, so I can get whatever status that entitles me to by other companies. What's my best option?

TIA!
Search Enterprise with and WITHOUT corporate. I've gotten $16 a day in PHX and upgraded to an SUV..
Good luck!

I found a good rate at expedia.nl. Does anyone know if it is legitimate for a North American resident to use a European Expedia site for a North American rental?

I don't see why it would be an issue on an Expedia owned site, but I know some European rental sites like carhire3000.com prohibit North American residents from booking using their site within their T&C.

Avis from Ft Lee, NJ (other locations in NJ may also have similar pricing) for 3/25- 4/1 (7 days) subcompact for $180 after taxes with Corporate code X192286 (Chabad) plus add coupon code MUWA033 (which will give you $30 off, at the counter) making it less than $150 for 7 days!
I think that meets your $35/budget

Thank you! I found it even lower with Expedia.co.uk. Carhire3000 specifically says in the terms that you need a non North-American driver's license.

I don't see anything of the sort in Expedia.co.uk's T&C, but any idea if I may run into similar issues or other issues by renting through Expedia.co.uk?

Want to rent a car either in Toronto or Buffalo. Can return to the same location.

April 16th pickup
April 19th drop off

Age 19

Smallest, cheapest car, please.

Is insurance worth it?

EDIT: And i'm not a US citizen, so I can't use USAA
